Free Cancellation
You can cancel your tour booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This gives you flexibility while ensuring our guides can plan accordingly.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the tour price, as our guides have already prepared for your tour.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Weather Cancellations
In case of severe weather conditions that make tours unsafe, we will reschedule your tour or provide a full refund. Your safety is our top priority.
Guide Cancellations
If a guide needs to cancel due to illness or emergency, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your tour with an equally qualified guide.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
